Dispatch

Orders confirmed on WhatsApp before 4pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Anything after that goes out the next working morning.

Delivery speeds

Express is typically 1–2 working days. Standard is 3–5 working days. Both are tracked, and the tracking number lands in the same WhatsApp thread as your order.

Free shipping

Orders above the threshold shown in your cart ship free on the standard service. The cart tells you how much more you'd need to add to qualify.

Age verification on delivery

All parcels are age-restricted. The courier will ask for photo ID showing you are of legal smoking age. If nobody of age is available, the parcel goes back to the depot for one redelivery attempt.
