We started because buying a Geek Bar online was a coin flip.

Half the sites selling them were moving grey-market stock with dead authenticity codes, wildly optimistic puff counts and no way to reach a human when something arrived faulty. The other half were real but treated the whole category as an afterthought — stock counts that hadn't been touched in weeks, no flavour information, no support.

What we actually do

We buy through authorised distribution only, and every unit that leaves here has an intact scratch-off security code you can verify on Geek Bar's own site before you use it. Our stock counts are live — if the site says four left, there are four left.

Why WhatsApp

Every order gets a number and a direct thread with a person. We confirm stock with you before any money changes hands, send tracking on the same thread, and handle any fault on the same thread months later. It is a deliberately low-tech decision that has made our support measurably better.

The legal part

Nicotine is addictive. We sell only to adults of legal smoking age, we verify at checkout, and our couriers verify again at the door. We would rather lose a sale than get that wrong.
