Unopened devices

Return any unopened, unscratched device within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Message your order number on WhatsApp and we'll send a prepaid label.

Faulty devices

If a device fails within 30 days of delivery we replace it free. Send us your order number and a short video showing the fault — a device that won't fire, a screen that won't light, a leak. We don't ask you to ship the faulty unit back.

What isn't covered

Devices that have been dropped, submerged, opened or charged with a non-standard adapter. A device reaching the end of its e-liquid is not a fault, even if it happens sooner than the rated puff count — puff ratings are manufacturer figures measured at minimum wattage.

Health-related returns

If you have an adverse reaction to a product, stop using it and contact us. We will refund it regardless of how much has been used.
